ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Check-in — From 15:00

Check-out — By 10:00

Reception — Located at the front desk of Grand Hotel Arenzano (Via Lungomare Stati Uniti, 2).

Early arrivals or late departures are available upon request and subject to a supplement. A valid ID for all guests, including minors, and a credit card for guarantee are required upon check-in.

INCLUDED AMENITIES

Covered parking — Reserved for the entire duration of your stay.

Comfort — High-speed Wi-Fi, independent climate control, hairdryer, washing machine (allowed until 22:00), and dishwasher with complimentary starter capsules.

CLEANING & LINEN

Apartments are delivered in immaculate condition.
Upon check-out, guests are kindly requested to leave the kitchen and dishes tidy. Otherwise, a supplement of € 30 for dishes or € 50 for the entire kitchen will apply.

The included cleaning schedule varies based on the length of stay:

Stays over 7 nights — One mid-week cleaning with a full change of bed linen and towels.

Stays from 4 to 6 nights — One mid-week change of bath towels only.

Up to 3 nights — Complete independence, no mid-stay service provided.

Extra cleaning with linen change — € 80

Extra linen change only — € 30

Baby cot — € 25 / night

Extra bed — € 45 / night

Pets — € 15 / night (small pets welcome, upon request).

Marina Piccola Beach — 500 meters
Available from June 1st to September 13th. Accessible on foot via a stone staircase; requests must be made at the time of booking.
Daily beach set (2 people) — € 55 (includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds).
Additional sunbed / Private cabin — € 15 each.

Punta San Martino Pool — Funicular railway
Available from June 1st to September 13th. Accessible via the funicular from Passeggiata De André (departures every 45 minutes); requests must be made at the time of booking.
Daily pool set (2 people) — € 45 (includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds).
The complimentary pass for the funicular railway can be collected at the Grand Hotel Arenzano reception.

PRACTICAL NOTES

Quiet hours — We kindly ask for maximum respect for silence starting from 23:00.

Non-smoking property — Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and within common areas.

Property use — The residences are exclusively reserved for temporary holiday rentals. Private parties or events are not permitted.

Keys — In case of loss, a € 50 supplement applies for the replacement of the safety lock.

Departure checklist — Upon departure, please dispose of all waste in the designated outdoor bins and place used towels on the bathroom floor.
